It is important to know that the number of outcast children is increasing every year and this statistics is constantly growing. Approximately 30 percent of those is children whose parents are drug addicts. But greater number of mothers who abandoned their babies in the past were themselves in boarding schools and orphanages or were themselves raised in a dysfunctional family. Unfortunately, due to the lack of effective programs adopted at the state level, statistics show that for the most part such women cannot create a full-fledged family and do not know how to love their children. And this is a national problem. There are many texts about children who do not like their parents. But there are significantly fewer programs to help teach parents to love their children.
